2040....
So, I just woke up this morning to the first day of the spring semester of my freshman year of college. It is now spring so I will be seeing alot of people on their brand new sky boards today. I had one on my christmas list but my sister didn't have a million for it (A million dollars is not like it was in 2010), but hey i got the jet pack to get me to class. Today is my easy day of classes. All I have is micro-technology robotics, which is a class for creating the robotic teachers for elementary and middle schools. So my day is pretty much a piece of cake. Later on tonight mite head to jupiter to get some lunch with my girlfriend. I have to pick her up from the moon; she had class on our lunar campus today. Then after that, there is suppose to be a star shower so after lunch we will sit out on asteroid rock and watch the shower. Its quite romantic. I was gonna go play asteriodball with the fellas on mars but I think I'm just going to chill with my girl today. The guys won't miss me, we are always on mars. LOPTS!! (laugh out pass the stars). Well, thats pretty much my day today. Tomorrow is a little more challeging, I got a field trip to another galaxy for astronomy.
Skunk Ape Tutorial
The Skunk Ape Tutorial is a very helpful program for students. It helps to tell the different between what is plagaraism and what is not plagaraism. It shows students how to look for different research methods and how to cite this different research sources. Although I already knew about alot of what was said in the tutorial, it is still very helpful. It pretty much covered all of the basics for doing research. This kind of stuff I wish I would've known back in high school. I know for sure that all of this information I just learned will definitely be used by myself in the future.

Training Day Trailer
This incredible film, staring Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke, is about a rookie cop on his first day as a patrol cop in the hard streets of L.A., with his new mentor Detective Alonszo Harris. Detective Harris is on the borderline of good cop and bad cop and it will take this rookie cop to either push Harris over the edge or pull him back. Think he can do it? See this powerful movie to find out.
Movie Review for Death at a Funeral
I just recently sae the comedy Death at a Funeral, which stars actors and comedians Chris Rock and Martin Lawrence, alone with a incredible list of other well known actors and actresses. This movie was about a family funeral at gets a little out of hand when the decease's gay lover shows up and tries to hustle the decease's sons out of thirty thousand dollars to keep the homosexual activities a secret from the decease's wife. This movie has an all-star cast and is very hiliarious. Take the roommates out this friday to see this instant comedic classic.
Privacy 4th or 1st?
Etzioni believes that privacy issues should be examined under the fourth amendment instead of the first amendment, and I agree with him. The only thing that kept the fourth amendment from being used as the bases of the privacy right is the case of Roe v. Wade, which was made into a privacy right that was more intuned with the first amendment. I feel like while some laws of fraud are being broken, most of the "good" American citizens still have their rights of privacy. The government is still protecting that right with the use of warrants and other documentation.

Immokalee
Immokalee started at as the "old" american dream because it was all about pioneering and trying to start a life in a new unknown world. As the years have gone by, the small, rural farming area of Immokalee is transforming into more of a modern city. Immokalee is very different from the areas I have grown up in because where I am from, there isn't as much open land for farming. I am from a urban area instead of the rural area Immakolee provides. As time progesses ten or twenty years from now, I feel that Immokalee will grow in population and be come a very big city not just in Southwest Florida, but in Florida alone. It will also transfer from the terms of the "old" American dream towards the "new" American dream.

The Quilt called America
America has been building up to what it is today since the late 1700's. It is home to many different religions, cultures, and people. If America is everyone's home, why do we fight within our home? The author of this section of Citizenship Now wants us to know that no matter how many differences us americans have, we all still live in one place; America.
It seems like we [Americans] only come together and stand united when there is a national crisis. Why cant we stand united without something tragic happening to us? I agree with the author of this passage for more then the obvious reason of it being right but because we all need to see others as being equal no matter what the differences are between us. It is stated in the American Declaration of Indepence that all men are created equal. We need to start going by what that small sentence states. "United We Stand"
